Overview

Omnira™ and the Compute Fabric™ (together, the “Platform”, “we”, “us”) let you onboard devices you own so their spare compute can serve real software — and let builders publish services that run on that compute without provisioning servers. The Platform is owned and operated by 360 World, Inc., a Delaware corporation, the legal entity behind Omnira™ and the Compute Fabric™.

This policy explains what we collect, why, how we share it, how long we keep it, the choices you have, and how we secure it. By creating an account or onboarding a device, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Limited Pilot & Earnings Disclaimer

Omnira™ is currently in a limited, invitation-only pilot. Access is granted to a small group of trusted early participants while the Platform is still under active development. Availability, features, and participation may be changed or ended at any time.

Dollar amounts shown are indicative, not actual payouts. Any earnings, balances, rates, or dollar figures displayed anywhere on the Platform — including your device dashboard and earning estimates — are illustrative projections of what a device might earn if and when paid services become generally available. They are not a statement of money owed, not a promise of payment, and not a guarantee of future earnings. During the pilot, no cash payouts are made. Actual earnings, if any, will depend on paid customer demand, final pricing, your device’s real contribution, applicable fees and taxes, and identity and payout verification — and may differ materially from any figure shown.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes an offer of employment, a securities offering, or investment, financial, or tax advice.

The pilot is confidential. Participation is governed by the Early-Access Confidentiality Agreement you accept when you join — what you see and learn in the pilot stays inside the pilot.

Experimental Product & Plan Terms

Omnira™ and the Compute Fabric™ are an experimental product. Features, availability, performance, and pricing are under active development and may change, be limited, or be discontinued at any time, with or without notice. You use the Platform on an as-is, as-available basis and should not rely on it for production-critical workloads without your own safeguards and backups.

Plan prices may change at any time. The prices, inclusions, and limits shown for any plan are current figures for an evolving service and may be changed, added to, or removed at any time at our discretion. Where a pricing change affects an active paid subscription, we apply it from your next billing cycle and, where practical, give you advance notice; your continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated pricing. You may cancel at any time.

Fair use for anything not explicitly specified. Any usage, resource, quota, rate, or entitlement that is not explicitly spelled out in your plan is provided on a fair-use basis. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine what constitutes fair use and to apply a reasonable cap, throttle, or other limit where a particular situation requires it — for example, to protect the network, prevent abuse, control cost, or keep the service available and equitable for everyone. We will act reasonably and, where practical, let you know before applying such a limit to your account.

Information We Collect

Information you give us

We receive and store the information you provide when you use Omnira™. You can choose not to provide some of it, but then certain features may be unavailable. You give us information when you, for example:

• create an account (your email address, and a display name if you set one);
• onboard a device (a name you choose for it, the kind of device it is, and your location label if you set one);
• publish or manage a service you want to run on the Compute Fabric™;
• set up payouts or earnings (payout method details and the tax information required to pay you and meet reporting obligations);
• upgrade your plan or purchase capacity (handled by our payment processor — see below);
• contact us, request support, or talk to sales.

Depending on what you do, this may include identifying information such as your name and email, payout and tax details, the contents of your messages to us, and information about the devices and services you connect.

Information we collect automatically

When you use the Platform we automatically collect certain operational information, including:

• the IP address used to connect your device to the network, and similar connection details;
• sign-in and session information needed to keep you logged in securely;
• device and capacity metrics — for example operating system, processor and memory available, whether a device is online, how much traffic it served, and any errors — so we can route work, show your dashboard, and calculate earnings;
• usage of Omnira™ itself, such as the pages and features you interact with, to operate, secure, and improve the service.

Like most online services, we use cookies and similar identifiers for these purposes (see “Cookies” below).

Information from other sources

We may receive information from service providers who help us operate the Platform — for example a payment or tax processor confirming a payout, or a fraud-prevention provider flagging suspicious activity — which we use to keep records accurate and the network safe.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate, provide, secure, and improve the Platform. Specifically, to:

• Run the service. Register your devices, route work to available compute, serve published services, and keep your dashboard accurate.
• Calculate and pay earnings. Measure the traffic your devices serve, compute what you have earned, issue payouts, and meet tax-reporting obligations.
• Bill for usage. Charge for plans or capacity and provide receipts and statements.
• Support you. Respond to your requests, troubleshoot, and send service-related notices about your account, devices, or services.
• Keep the network safe. Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security threats, and enforce our terms.
• Improve the Platform. Analyze performance, fix errors, and develop new features.
• Comply with law. Meet legal, regulatory, and reporting requirements that apply to us.

Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar identifiers to recognize you when you sign in, keep track of your preferences and session, remember the state of your devices and services, conduct diagnostics to improve the Platform, prevent fraudulent activity, and improve security. You can manage cookies in your browser settings; disabling some cookies may limit features such as staying signed in.

How We Share Information

Information about our users is part of running the Platform, and we do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only as described here:

• Service providers. We use trusted third parties to perform functions on our behalf — such as payment and payout processing, tax and identity verification, cloud storage and reliability, email delivery, and analytics. They receive only the information needed to do their work and are bound to protect it and use it only for that purpose.
• At your direction. When you publish a service or join a network, the information you choose to share through those features is shared accordingly.
• Legal and safety. We may disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of users, the public, or the Platform.
• Business transfers. If 360 World, Inc. is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.

Security

Security is built into how the Platform works. Our practices include:

• Encryption in transit. Connections to Omnira™ and traffic across the Compute Fabric™ are protected with industry-standard transport encryption (HTTPS/TLS).
• Data minimization. We collect the minimum information needed to run the service, and we keep sensitive details such as tax identifiers protected and access-restricted.
• Your device stays yours. When your device serves a published service, that work runs in temporary memory and is removed when it stops — service code is not written to your device’s permanent storage, and a builder’s service cannot read your personal files.
• Builder protection. A published service is delivered to serving devices only to run, and is not left behind on devices it ran on.
• Access controls. Access to systems and personal information is restricted to authorized personnel and logged.
• Account safety. We use secure sign-in and session protections, and you control which of your devices are serving at any time — you can pause or turn a device off whenever you want.

No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to protect your information, to respond promptly to any issue, and — if a breach ever affects your personal information — to notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law. If you believe your account or a device has been compromised, or you’ve found a security issue you’d like to report responsibly, contact support@360world.com right away.

Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Platform. We retain earnings, billing, and tax records for the periods required by law and for legitimate business and audit purposes. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it. You can ask us to close your account and delete your information, subject to records we are required to keep.

Your Rights & Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, to object to or limit certain uses, and to withdraw consent. You can:

• view and update much of your information from your dashboard;
• turn devices on or off, and stop serving at any time;
• request a copy or deletion of your information, or close your account, by contacting us.

We do not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. If you are a resident of California or another U.S. state with privacy laws, those rights apply to you and we honor verified requests as required.

Children’s Privacy

The Platform is intended for adults. It is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

International Users

The Platform is operated from the United States, and your information may be processed there and in other countries where we or our service providers operate. We process personal information in accordance with applicable U.S. federal and state privacy laws.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy & Security policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Platform after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of California.
